Laceback Terrace

Nestled gracefully into a lush hillside, this home seamlessly integrates with its sloping terrain. Perched subtly below street level on a natural shelf, the design ensures a serene presence that harmonizes with the landscape rather than dominating it.

ROCKCLIFF

The home’s transparency begins at the entry, where a clear view extends straight through to the lake beyond. The 12-foot tall sliding glass doors, elegantly finished in a warm wood tone, effortlessly link the indoor living room to the covered outdoor living space, and onward to the infinity edge pool, vast lawn, and the serene waters of the lake.

Red Oak

The main residence incorporates curved glass walls throughout the home – adding a softness against the orthogonal floating roof planes, and endless views and connectivity to the outdoors. The structure’s ‘butterfly’ roof above the main living space mimics the movement of the water that encircles the property.

Rollingwood Modern

Modern cantilevered massing meets gabled house forms in this sculptural residence located just outside of downtown Austin. An unparalleled downtown skyline is captured through full-height glass all along the view side of the home upon entry of the main floor.

Cliffside

This family estate cantilevers high above a cliff overlooking Lake Austin in the heart of Westlake. With the living area glassed equally on both the entry side and lake side, this refined contemporary jewel is the perfect retreat for engaging with the serenity of the exterior landscape.

Colorado Foothills

Comfortably blending regional and modern, this home for a retired couple embodies Austin’s easy indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The home’s street face presents a transparent volume bookended by solid massing, providing privacy and directing views through the central core.

Strait Lane

Located on prestigious Strait Lane in Dallas, Texas, this regional contemporary residence nestles and wraps its roots amongst the mature oak trees, appearing merged to the site for quite some time in this beautifully rare park-like setting.

Escala Drive

This edgy contemporary residence is an exquisite example of our hill country contemporary style. Thoughtfully utilizing the existing topography and abundant natural daylight, this home embodies our cherished approach to site specific residential design.

New Acropolis Museum

“SUGARVIEW” is a southerly facing property in the Mad River Valley of Vermont with commanding views of the Sugarbush ski resort.

Residence on Cape Cod

The first being the entry vestibule and glazed link into the living spaces; the second being the weaving room, office and bath.

Stonehenge on Amrita

Stonehenge was originally built in 1903 as the second of what was to be four guest houses on the Baxendale Estate located on Amrita Island in Cataumet.

The McCarthy Care Center

The trellises on the balconies and entrance fracture the light entering the building, blurring the boundaries between inside and outside.

RESIDENCE ON WAQUOIT BAY

A detached two-car garage complementary of the main house was added which frames an entrance court and serves as a screen from the neighbors.
